Our story
Reset Cleaning Crew started after more than fifteen years working in corporate offices. Our founders, Anderson and Alex, kept seeing the same cleaning problems again and again. Poor quality. No attention to detail. Full bins, streaky glass and no real communication.
Most weeks, it looked the same. Cleaners rushed in and out. No clear plan. No notes. Managers were left chasing answers. We started asking one simple question.
What if the crew had a clear plan before every visit, and someone checked the work before you had to complain?
A few years later, we opened our first cleaning business and tested that idea with residential clients. We ran a Brisbane residential-cleaning franchise for four years, built systems and learnt how to keep quality steady house after house.
Then one of our home clients asked if we could look after their office as well. We took on their workspace, set up a room-by-room checklist and soon it became a weekly service. Then more sites followed.
That is when Reset Cleaning Crew was born – a team focused on offices, residential towers and shared spaces, built around one idea: a clear plan before every shift, a crew that actually follows it, and a space that feels reset by opening time.
