frequently asked questions
Got questions about how we work?
Here are the answers we give office managers, building managers and strata committees all the time.
If you cannot find what you need, contact us and we will help you pick the right service or book a free 15-minute walkthrough.
What areas do you service?
We clean across Brisbane and nearby business areas.
If you’re unsure whether you are in our area, please send us your address and we will confirm.
What types of sites do you clean?
We focus on shared and commercial spaces where many people use the same areas and first impressions matter, including:
- Offices and shared workspaces
- Residential towers and strata common areas
- Real estate and display suites
- Gyms and fitness centres
- Education sites and training rooms
- Light-industrial sites and small warehouses
If your site is a bit different, tell us about it, and we will let you know if we can help.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all the products and equipment needed for the job.
If your building has rules about chemicals, equipment or vacuum types, tell us at the walkthrough so we can plan around them.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes. Our crew is covered by public liability insurance, and the cleaners who attend your site have current police checks.
If your site needs extra checks, inductions or site training, we can arrange that during onboarding.
Do you offer one-off and regular cleans?
Yes, but our main focus is regular plans.
We can do a one-off reset clean when we have capacity, for example, before you start a regular schedule or after a big event.
Most offices and buildings choose a regular plan so standards stay steady and do not slide between visits.
If you tell us what you need, we can suggest whether a one-off or a regular plan will suit you best.
How do you work out the price?
We always start with a free site walkthrough.
We check each area, talk through your priorities and agree on what is in and what is out.
Then we send a clear quote with the scope and visit plan so you know what you are paying for.
If we need to change the scope later, we will discuss it with you before prices change.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Most clients start with simple service agreements with clear notice terms, not long lock-in periods.
We want you to stay because the service works, not because you are stuck in a long contract.
If your organisation needs a longer-term agreement, we can discuss that at the quote stage.
How do payments work?
For regular commercial and strata work, we usually send a tax invoice once a month.
Payment terms are agreed with you at the start and listed in the quote.
You can pay by bank transfer or card. If you need purchase order numbers or special billing notes, tell us, and we will set that up.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Many of our sites are cleaned early morning, in the evening or on weekends.
We set a time that suits your staff, residents and visitors and work quietly in the background so people can get on with their day.
How do you handle keys, fobs and alarms?
Access is taken seriously.
Keys and fobs are coded and stored securely when not on site.
Alarm codes and access notes are saved in our job system so the crew can enter and lock up safely.
Access details are only shared with team members who need them to service your site.
If you have your own key or alarm rules, we follow them.
Will we have the same crew each visit?
Where possible, yes. We keep the same small crew on your site so they learn your layout, standards and little quirks.
If someone is away, we send a trained backup crew and give them your checklist and notes so the plan stays the same.
What happens if something is missed?
If something is not up to standard, tell us within one business day.
We will arrange a fix as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours, wherever access allows.
You report it once. We own it and sort it.
